How do you set up a server.

I need help on how to set up a server and details about everthing you need to know. I need the server commands like g_humanbuildpoints 100. I also need to know what every option for the server means like what does max rate refer to.

The default config is commented.
Most of the commands haven't changed from quake3.
There are a couple of trem wikis that have lists.
And you can search here or google for indervidual commands.

Well can someone tell me the site with the commands? Anyways I want to know if there is a command that sets the gravity and/or speed. Also what does zombie time mean?

g_gravity
and
g_speed

zombie time is a time when bodies disappear
