Crosshair for Painsaw

Yeah, as topic title suggests, i'm wondering how to add an xHair to the painsaw.

Why would you want a cross hair for that?

there's no clean way to add a crosshair to the painsaw, you would have to stick a crosshair image in the center of your hud, and it will always be drawn, so you get 2 sets of xhairs on your hud on all other weapons. if you're still interested look up one of the alien xhair huds and copy the relevant section to your human hud (and change the image/color to something human looking)

i tried it once but i broke my zipper and had to buy a new pair of pants

no, if you wanted to add "real" xhairs to the painsaw (as opposed to an image at the center of your screen) you would need to modify the cgame (and optionally data-1.1.0.pk3 or some other pk3 to add a new image)

i think i'll leave it without a xhair, and start to practise knowing where the centre of my screen is, lol.

i suck at aiming at dretches whenever i go for a saw rush, so thats why i wanted an xhair to help

cg_drawgun 0 really helps you stop trying to use the saw model to aim, that's the biggest issue with aiming with the saw (note that saw sucks against all non-idiot aliens)
