If you have a server and don't have time monitoring it, here's what to do:

1. Randomly pick someone (ok, actually stay away from noobs).
2. Tell him that you think he owns, and he can get admin rights.
3. He will be forever greatful to you and will obey you.
4. Tell him the server rules, and warn him not to abuse admin rights.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 until the server is monitored 24/7.

Ok on my server if anyone random tell me I own I will reply with a "Ok thanks..." and continue raping the fuck out of who ever is on the opposing team. Then they will stay on spectator and ask, "Flux can I have admin?" I will reply "GTFO NUB! GO PLAY ON SST" [sometimes I will replace SST with S11 if they are a very shitty player" If the ask me again for admin, I open up my console [~] and type: /rcon ************ chat "^7Warning to n00bs, ^1GTFO ^7go play on ^3SST"

I will follow with a !ban [Slot#|Reason] then the next day I will !showbans -1 and !unban the Nub admin asker.

If I did give someone admin I would not look up to him. I have 10 levels of admin on my server. Last 7 are reserved for my clan. Level 1 is reserved for frequenters, and the level 2+3 are reserved for admins who are greatly trusted and I have known a while.

Take Note, most admins won't just hand out admin, plus if you disable listplayers to level 0's most people won't ask for admin, first they will ask whos admin. You then reply why does it matter and they will want to know badly, just ban them if they keep asking because they probably want to aimbot.

Since this is offtopic I have to go offtopic a bit, what is up with everyone they enter a server during a clan scrim and go OMG TEAMSLOCKED then they ask to be putteam a or h. Can people not take a second to press TAB and see that there are two clans playing one clan per team? Fucking n00bs.

I wouldn't trust any random person I see in Tremulous to be admin on my server but I would have a huge list of people that I might try, most of them are from Fun-Zone and one of them is HamStar.
