I have .pk3 the map no, however, I am new to the idea, it may not work.

Feedback

I would appreciate any feedback or constructive critisism about my map.

Notes

It includes:

.pk3 fixed.
Doors fixed
Minor fix to Jettard problem (next version will fully tackle problem).
Retexturing in some areas.

1. Learn to love PK3.
2. Use your own textures or at least common ones, on a base install of Tremulous I was missing a majority of the underground.
3. Doors too slow.
4. No more prefabs from other q3 based games, they look tacky.

I didnt consciouslyt use prefabs, what are these that ur talking about?

- The outside is too open and too high. An MD/jettard paradise.
- Really, if you want to release a map, you must pk3 it. I saw pretty much all the textures, but most players probably won't.
- The way you make your doors is silly. They are no different than a normal func_door, yet they make the map unnavigable with the spec cam.
- The colors in the vent could use a little toning down. They are a bit too primary imo.

This map is definitely a big improvement over your first one. Keep it up.

If you don't know how to make one(just change zip's file extension to pk3...), use a pk3 that exists allready? Delete old files from it and put your map/textures there.

Well, I have changed the textures in the Underground area to common ones.
I have changed the func_buttons to func_doors, added triggers for them and the doors open and close.

One problem with the doors though.
If I stand in the trigger area, then the doors half opens, then shuits, then half opens, then shuts, this goes on.
The only way of openin a door is to touch the door, then quickly back away so you dont activate the trigger again, causing the door to close.
Have I missed something here?
