And where can I get them? I'm sick of not being able to join a game because I don't have the map.

Most servers are updated enough to have autodownload.

Get a tjw client here:
http://trem.tjw.org/backport/

Turn on cl_autodownload 1

Honestly, that's most of what you need to do.

Isnt it cl_allowDownload?

Probably would also want to do cl_wwwDownload. (/me thinks.)

Go into options.
Choose gameplay
Select AutoDownload.
Done.

Go to some servers with maps you dont havce and hope they allow downloads.
