Server List+ingame problem

I just updated the tremulous backport thingy, I had an older version, but now I'm having problems. For one, this keeps happening on the server list:


Now, once I get into a server, my fps will go down 10-20 from where it used to be, and my ping now goes up too. I just want to download the old one if possible, but if that isn't possible anyone know what could be the problem and how I could go about fixing it?

there is no reason the newer clients should be slower than the other ones, but if you have gcc set up you could try compiling it on your own computer (and if that's vista try making it run in xp compatibility mode)

Its still doing it unfortunately, does anyone know if I could download an older client?
