Anyone calling for a release of 1.2 and thinking it has an impact is just plain stupid. The devs know the players want it out. But they also know the players do not want a 1.2 worse than 1.1. Which of the two do you think is more important to the players, and as such to the devs?

Are you unaware that TJW and Norfenstein have done almost all the code changes, and public experimentation and feedback for 1.2 on TJWs server (also on Satgnu at one point)?  Norfs been leading the way answering feedback questions while TJW has been doing the coding I believe.  The two of them have been very open throughout the whole process.  "TJW just did...."  Give me a break.  He has put allot of time and effort into implementing and testing the proposed 1.2 changes.  Your comments are ignorant and almost an insult.

We should have had a bugfix release with unlagged and WWW downloads by now, essentially TJW's client. If the official links linked to that instead of the buggy 1.1.0 client a lot of server ops would have a much easier time. Especially those running modded servers that require downloads. Everything we need is already in SVN, we just need a release!

I see some hong-kong servers occasionally popping up, but they're privatly hosted with a password so i can't join the fun. Last time i checked, i think the IP was 113.254.54.57 and gains about 8 players when it is online. It's all pre-arranged.

But seriously, this is like the first server in a long time that i had a ping between 100 and 260.
