Clan Spy! In need of part-time serv!

I am z0rs, owner/leader of clan spy. As said in the subject, clan Spy is in need of a part time server to test base ideas and other things. It would be great if it could be running the Arcade mod by Risujin (www.v1.risujin.org) but it's not really needed. I would hope that this server would be free, and we would only need to use it for about (hopefully) 4-5 hours a day, not weekends?

Yah, I was thinking of using Dasprid's bookable server sometimes, but IRC totally befuddles me... Is there a browser-based IRC client?

Firefox + Chatzilla plugin will do the basic stuff.
