Game Freezes

let me first say, amazing game, and for free!
some times when i play ( tends to happen more with more players ) my game like freezes but i can see every 1 running on the spot like and i cant move. Is this a lag problem, game bug or is my computer too slow?

ive tryed turning down my settings etc but it doesnt seem to help much.

thanks for any help.

PS is there a way so that my settings are saved each time i open it up again, gets anoying having to keep changing them.

I believe it's called a lag wall, a server related problem.

Settings (from the Options menu) should be saved if you "apply" the changes.

yea i do that but when i load up the game again they are back to defult

So check whether the Tremulous files are write protected.
