LOW DESKTOP COLOR DEPTH

Hi, I am trying to run tremulous.exe and I am given a prompt titled LOW DESKTOP COLOR DEPTH.  The prompt further reads: It is highly unlikely that a correct windowed display can be initialized with the current desktop display depth.  Select OK to try anyway.  Press CANCEL if you have a 3Dfx Voodoo, Voodoo-2, or Voodoo Rush 3D accelerator installed, or if you otherwise wish to quit.

FYI I have a NVIDIA GEFORCE.

What I have done to prevent me from now receiving that prompt it lower my color depth.  

However Tremulous still starts up in a small window that I can not resize nor can I run fullscreen.
