Also, here is the v1.2 client. I dont know if it works, havent tried it. This was found on Gamespy's Planetquake.

When you go further, you find out that it was submitted in 05 and is really the 1.0.2 installer.

I personally would recommend this site (if the license checks out). I've taken a few sounds from this site and was surprised by the diversity and quality of what the site has to offer.
