client out of date?

whenever i enter a new match i get a message up on my screen saying client out of date. i have ubuntu linux and the latest version from the ubuntu repository. any suggestions?

well no shit but there are folders within the trem folder such as base and lakitu

you dont launch from folders in linux generally besides on that link its not a download under the linux tab its two text files one is code and the other is just text.

this really wouldnt bother me to much if it didnt interfere with game play the tremulous window will randomly unmaximise and my controls will get fucked up otherwise i would just wait til the new client is put on the ubuntu repositorys
