Maybe enough people whining about it in one spot and everyone will start to realize how silly it is. I'm still confused why you hate "administrators" so much.

Anybody who has anything to say about admins (or moderators, if that's what you mean) should try being an admin. And then shut the fuck up.

That's what happened to me. I thought ppl were abusive. And then I got a server.

And guess what? It's just a game, it's a computer I am responsible for, and if you fuck around, there are lots of admin commands I just don't get to use often enough.

Before you even think of replying, maintain a server for one month. A real public server. Try to get games up. Try to start a clan around it. Try to keep it populated, so the owner doesn't replace it with a better game. Try to keep griefers from ruining it, self-important "security teams" from crashing it, jackasses from PM-flooding it. Try to get all the latest, l33test patches. Try to use the rcon, and vpn, and not crash somebody else's server they loaned you some bandwidth on. Try to get, and keep, players, admins, clanmates, maintain a website, a forum, a map pack, and a cool rotation.

And then kindly shut the fuck up.

I was as nice as I could be. The only reason lava and caveman didn't type this is cuz they've already typed it thousands of times before.
