For everybody's pleasure, I've pulled the GtkRadiant manual from their SVN repo and put it online here.

I'm on Loonix, it does not work here. Also, afaik Ingar's GtkRadiant builds do not come with the manual.

The first build didn't, the last build does. I did change the the default browser from netscape to firefox and I don't know if it works if you don't have firefox installed.

Then don't use the binary directly, use /etc/alternatives/www-browser :)
