nitrox, if you look at his first post, you can tell he has much better organization and actually has quite a few members. if it is or is not the other guy (and i don't think he is), this is a very good attempt to make a clan. leave him be.

equilibrium , if you played with him on the same server you would of seen his name changes and the clans he joined.

Also a person won't repeat the same mistake when hes yelled at, meaning he tought it well (even changed his name) before posting on how to announce his clan.
