Finding modded servers?

I'm new to the whole "Modded server thing", and am trying to find one...


I downloaded "backport", though it doesnt seem to make any difference...


can some one please explain how i can find modded servers?

I hope that every single server out there is modded. If you find one that still runs vanilla 1.1.0 game.qvm, please send me its IP address so I can crash it and save some players from nasty bugs and my time I'd otherwise spend replying to duplicate bugreports which have been resolved over a year ago. Vanilla servers don't have a 'P' entry on the end of server info.

Backport client may not seem different from the original but it allows you to download PK3s much faster using HTTP redirection and get admin privileges on servers.
