"Complex"
1. go to http://tremmapping.pbwiki.com/Starting+Tremulous+Mapping
then scroll down untill you see "Layout of the PK3"
you dont put the .map into pk3 you put .bsp into it
2. im not sure about making it so that gtk will load the textures but i think you go to tremulous/base/textures then make a folder then put them in there then reload GTK if its allready open

Go read a basic tutorial on making maps for Quake 3. Seriously. These questions are nowhere near the questions one should post here.

Use that to request a tutorial when you're wondering about something that you can't find with ease and use fully spelled english.
I’m busy. I’ll ignore you later.

Firstly, try never to use subtract, it will always cause you more harm than good.  If you want a patch in the middle of the wall that is a different texture,  you could make a very thin brush and have it sitting ontop (be sure to make the brush 'detail'), but the nicer solution would be to have it in line with the wall, and remake the wall to be four (or so) brushes which fit around the new bit.

Oh and pipes are made from 'Patches', which are basically single sided objects that can be curved. in the menu you can create basic flat patches or cylindrical ones, the latter is what you'll use for your pipes.
