Server Issues

Ok, first off my server seems to be running fine. I had a dynamic ip which i changed to a static from that portforwarding site. I also followed their instructions on forwarding ports from which i suited to tremulous.

Here is the readout of the console just in case:

Now i go to local servers, it's not there, then i try to find on Internet servers and its not there either. And yes i have tried using /connect <myiphere>:<port> in which i used http://tremulous.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3586 and kept the port 32123.

So it doesn't show up, anywhere....

I myself think its something to do with the change from dynamic to static and the port forwarding. Anyone know the problem?

What are the parameters you use to start the server up?
