It's an IP with a port.

Actually, it seems that Caveman was considerably more reserved than he typically is, and gave you the answer to the question you specifically asked.

His asking for context, particularly in the subject, is neither unreasonable or unwarranted.

Considering he answered the question you asked, perhaps you could be more polite.
