Human spawn crazyness

I have seen this twice now, a player gets stuck in a spawn somehow.

beats me??? maybe they lagged when spawned and it glithced?? maybe its just the map and location. does it happen anywhere else

Clearly this was after the tyrant visited.

I've seen this once, too (outside spawn). It's definitely caused by lag.

I haven't seen that, but I did see a spawn bug which was probably also due to lag. A friend who was physically in the same room as me was stuck at the wait screen, in position 1 of 1 in the queue, but on my screen he was standing in the spawn.

After yelling at him to get off the spawn, I tell him "walk forward, OK, now turn left a bit, forward more, now jump!" to guide him over to some certain doom. Meanwhile on his screen he was still waiting to spawn the whole time.
