Tremulous Icon

I think Tremulous need a new icon, its not a big deal but having a complete black icon isnt so cool. I have a dark background and sometimes its hard to find it lol.

I designed 1 myself but when i replaced the old 1 nothing changed so i have no clue how to do it myself lol

Search the forums for icon etc. Lots of people don't like the black splotch and lots have made neat icons to replace it.
Not positively sure what OS you are on, and that can change how you deal with icons,  but seeing as you have the black splotch it is probably a variant of windows.
