It's a Photoshop.  I can tell by the pixels and having seen a lot of Photoshops in my time.

Don't be a whinybitch.  You've made that same guess numerous times, and the person who even posted the image has said no.  You're wrong, give up (or post some kind of proof that the name you're guessing is another name for the game in question).

Back on topic - I was right before, Neo, it *is* Bionic Commando.  Specifically the version for the Amiga (aka "Top Secret").  Though Ann just posted that link too...

F-117, I haven't played that in .. well hell, as long as it's been since I played this one.  That's not it.  And "Flight Simulator" is nowhere in the title, there's more to it than just flying (thus the target reticule in the screenshot, which includes the percent chance your current weapon will hit)

Nope, not "Fighter Pilot" either.  And not quite that old, came out in the early '90s.  Oh wait, that's 18 years... shaddup :P

Anyway, in this game you don't fly jets or planes, but helicopters.
