Correct! I was lazy to catch a picture because hl2.exe crashes if I try to take a pic so I took it from wikipedia. I was gonna give another hint, the water reflection and the vehicle. Notice that the red dot on the mine is facing the ground?

As I already said, I magnified by about 200%(400% was a typo), so it couldn't be an 8-bit game.

It's hexagon belonging to a Hex map, which in turn belongs to the game in question.

Yes, it is a PC game. The game is online, only has 1 non-working emulator/private server.

All your guesses are wrong. A few more hints. The game uses GameGuard. The original version of the game was accidentally updated recently to the European version. And the one that might give away the game is... The game file extensions are .res
