Please can someone help me it says my client is out of date and it needs upgrading i have gone on the the website what it says and i need help to update it so i can be admin on severs please could you help me

Do i need a rcon password were do i get it from i made a server and i do not no how to make my self admin can you help

You do need an rcon password, or access to the console. It'll be in your server.cfg, but commented out:
//set rconPassword "something"
change the password in quotes and remove the //
