Chaos Server

hey a few of u might know me from the Alcoholics Anonymous server. Just letting everyone know i have a server called Chaos. I have unlagged and can hold a max of 16 clients so stop by sometime and play few games. would appreciate it. server is only up at certain times for now depending on how well it runs. let me know of any certain lag issues, etc.

If your on windows your always going to have lag issues.

If it's on a dial-up, even broadband, and you play on the same box you should give it up, that will be no fun for anyone.

yea i know home servers lag =/. had up  to about 14 ppl so far with not really any much lag tho. i heard there is a way to get rid of my 0 ping even if i am using it on the same computer.. and ideas?

and i've found benmachine's patches for the commands buildlog and revert that i want to add to my lvl 5 admin (just for me, ppl abuse it alot) but it seems that when i add them, nothing happens =/

if anybody could help me with this, i would appreciate the help

As that is a patch, you need to get the source first, patch the patch into it and compile the QVM afterwards. et voila

eh have you tried to patch it yet?
If you have and failed I guess I can help you out, I will add buildlog and revert for ya.

ehh well i still had trouble wit it and didn't bother with it after that. and i'm not really to worried with it. running a home server lags all ppl meanwhile i'm not
