Speccing to get evos/credits?

On my server, 'Welcomer (Caleb is now A5)', something odd happens.

I had 0 evos, and I died and started speccing the person who killed me. He had 2000 creds ('cause I suck. :P) and when I went back to aliens, I had 9 evos. I tested this again and again, each time watching him for 1-2 seconds, and I just kept getting 9 evos.

Does anyone else get this, or is it just my sucky server?

This is a bug that gives Admins the evo/cash of the one they were last spectating. Lakitu's QVM fixes this.

I believe he has the old TJW QVM that has that bug.
