Heyup, Just wanted to know;
I want to train one of my friends up a bit to play and really i need to serve a game where we can chat about the controls and that without disturbing a game.
I understand i can click "create server".
I have forwarded port 30720 to my PC.
I have given my friend both my DNS name and my IP.
will he be able to join my server just like that? By adding me to the friends list or something
Am i going about it the wrong way? Im using the same box to both play and serve (hopefully) I know i could run a dedicated server but it seems like overkill for my needs and may well slow my box down too much.
