hiding between tremor boxes with luci waiting for tyrants, nahh thats the noob tactic. but well, as many skilled guys are doing this also it's sadly an average tactic :-S
i only know one worse: constantly shooting with blaster at Uncreation from on top of a turret straight ahead.
at alien side, the Uncreation's DretchOnCeiling-Falls-EvolvesToGoon-TopOfReactor is the winner :-)

Don't you mess with my elite 'You thought you saw a Dretch, You actually see a Goon' tactic! It works flawlessly!
Also, 'hiding' behind crates is just as cheap a tactic as all those tyrants Trampling away from the action to a safe place. What you people here suggest is that instead of 'acting cheap' and trying to save your life by hiding in some small spot, you should go out, get killed and feed another evo.

the dretch->goon tactic is sweet fun ofc. but cheap :-D like deconning on ATCS Battleground ;-) (well sorry probably you were just kidding)

and well... crouching under stairs or boxes is not so much fun, and i play this game for fun. i like competing and the funny situations like blasting between adv goons and tyrants when out of ammo, trying to tease them and make them teamkill each other.
hiding is useful ofc when i need to get another beer from the fridge...
otherwise hiding persons are gonna be dead sooner or later by dretches, and during that time they are useless for the team. i rather get killed, arm up and help the others.

seriously Lava, what do you smell when for example Gryf is crouching between the Nexus tubes at alien base entrance and lasgun spamming everything that moves? :-P there are always some 300ping newbies who are trying to get him, and as you can only get him from frontside, that makes a nice killwhoring. better players seeing the massive feed can do nothing but trying to get him themselves, what can be done for the price of 2-3 deaths. it is very nice that he is a Top Player nominee at the stats(i guess thats why he is doing that), but i dont think it is a strategy that people should use :-S

i don't say that theese cheap stuffs are extra-annoying, I just say it is LOL and not smooth fairplay.

*edit: nahh, and of course tyrants have to run back sometimes :-P try to demolish your own built human base with a signle tyrant without running back once :-S

Actually, an all-egg base is a sure-fire way to not lose on unlimited BP servers.

Which would explain why I ceased visiting them after only five rounds' worth of play.

take the other exit out of your base, go to the bridge above him, drop down through the hole he did, land on his head, and kill

he used to be in that hole in the shadown
take the blah-blah to the blah-blah-blah and hurt the blah with your blahster. lasgun spamming from that place by a decent player is as deadly as disguisting ;-)

When someone is under specific low, sloped areas, an example being the stairs outside at Karith, just aim low with a goon/rant at their knees or around there at least. When someone is crouching, the area around their knees is where their hitbox will be closest to you.
