Yeah, a new topic where my question fits :D.
I don't want to experiment with it, so I ask those who are familiar with bindings:
Please post a binding that lets you use another sensitivity, but only as long as a button is pressed (held down). Ty.

May I ask what it's for? Might be easier if we knew that because there could be other ways.

Well, the keeping down a button thing isn't near as easy as making a toggle button for it using vstr. But you can only turn if you're battlesuit so what do you need it for?

Yeah, I think I have to do with vstr.
It's for killing Basilisks when wearing only light armor. With Bsuit, I only have to shoot the ground with the Lucifer, but it could come in handy (I have a base sensitivity of 8, and that's really poor against Basilisks).
Also, I think you are able to turn while wearing light armor as well (you only have to shake the mouse real hard). This would make things easier, IF it works.

I don't think that's possible, might be a mistake on the basilisks part but i think the only sure fire way to free yourself from a basilisk if you can't kill it is to fire your jetpack if you have one.

Grenade kills it :P. I love basilisk as my first evolution since humans are so unaware and vulnerable to it in the beginning. After that marauder all the way baby.

jumping/jetpacks seem to break the grip. If you spin fast enough you do get a fraction of a second to shoot the basilisk if its behind.

That's what I'm talking about  :D . Although I must admit, I haven't tried it with a jetpack (if I buy a jetpack, I fly around like crazy, and only land when no enemies are nearby  :) ). So Basilisks have a hard time to get me (ok, if some noob deconstructs the Reactor while I am at the Alien base, it would probably happen  :P ).
Jumping ain't helping much, but yes, when rotating the mouse very fast, you can shoot the little bastard (but true, just for a fraction of a second). That's why I think high sensitivity should help. (This wouldn't affect me, if I played Trem 2 years ago - I was using a sensitivity of 15  8) ).

Bad usage of jetpacks then. I don't know how many jetpackers I have brought down with my marauder only to see them try to gain height again not realising what easy targets they are. Most of the time they even fly in low corridors where running is actually better. Only place where they are safe is atcs middle, and i'm working on finding ways up there too >:E

acts middle is adv goon territory :D

I've had that before with the 'oh no, jetpack no worky' when doing an alien base raid and some newbie deleted the reactor.

:D That's the main reason why I'm rarely using jetpacks. I think I only by them on Transit (because it's easier to descend on the train, then walking around).
But I also land very soon because jetpacks restrict fighting capabilities and making advanced weapons worthless (Pulse Rifle, Flame Thrower, Minigun, Lucifer...  :-? ) because of the height and the slooow movement.
