Damn. I know I saw this before, and I know I fixed it before, but I can't remember how - and I searched for "couldn't exec default.cfg" and didn't find it there either
I seem to recall the issue is that tremded isn't finding your base pk3's (data-1.1.0.pk3 and vms-1.1.0.pk3) because I know default.cfg is in one of those. Unfortunately since you referred to it as "tremded.exe" I'll guess you're on Windows, so I have no idea where the files go. Search for locations of "base folders" on the forums and you'll probably get a few places listed where they belong; I also seem to recall that depending on which tremded you use (stock vs TJW's) that changes where it expects to find the files.
