Making tremX unlimited Server

Hello, i've a 32 slots server hosted on noghost.
I want to setup a tremx unlimited server.
I've try but i'm not able do make it running.
Some one can help me?
I've watch on brico, but without success.

This is structure of my space:

/
/Tremulous
/Tremulous/base
/Tremulous/mod
/Tremulous/tremded.exe
/Tremulous/tremserver.bat
/tremulous/mod/base

I've a control panel where i can switch the mod.
Actually is set on /mod/base/
Probably i've to build tremx root on /mod/

Anyone can help me with it?

ok, tonight me and soultcer, have setted up the server.
TremX run.
We have unlagged active  .
But, damn it, we can't set 999 bp for default 
Saaaaaad. 
We have work on server.cfg and on other way..without success.
Anyone have some ideas?
