[OPP] forums switch to SMF

Well our forums have been crap with phpnuke. (Activation didn't work right)
We converted to SMF, and our activation is fine now.

You can use your own theme/layout if you don't like the green/black/dark blue one.
This post is incase anyone who had tried to register before had trouble and gave up.  Now you can register.
Please keep this thread on topic. If you don't care, don't post.
