Problem using some servers

I'm not sure if I post here but I have a problem I really want fixed.. Alot of servers will not work for me and I really want to play on them, here is a screen shot of the problem:

Well, your main problem is that you're trying to download highrise.

Secondary to this is the fact that the server is poorly configured, and is sending you to the wrong place to download the map.
Have a word with the server op if you can find them.
