i wasa just looking at some topics and an idea just jumped in my head and it is training for new comers so newbies will have to sit a test (during gameplay) agaisnt an admin and the admin will give the newbie a certificate (or something) saying that this person is a good/noob/verygood so one to see the rank of this player...
