iGoogle Alien Abduction
« on: January 10, 2008, 08:22:46 am »
Alright, so I went to iGoogle (customized Google homepage) and to my surprise was a totally new background. It happened once before, around the same time (3:00-3:15AM) but I didn't get a screenie. I posted on a Google help site about it but never got a response. Its kind of freaky and makes me think of a conspiracy theory or something. Anyway, here it is minus some personal info -

Yes, the aliens know that many humans are paranoid and gullible. Therefore putting background images with an alien abduction theme onto a major website and watching their reactions provides light entertainment.

Watcha doin' ? -- :dragoon:
:granger: -- Watching "Belief in Paranoia", that new reality TV show where they put weird images in iGoogle and watch the humans go nuts.
Is it working? -- :dragoon:
:granger: -- Yeah, look - this moron even thinks it's a conspiracy!

:granger: -- OMG OLOLOLOLOLOL! -- :dragoon:

Yeah.. its a certain time in cityscape theme.. most if not all of them change a little depending on the time of day.
I've been using sweet dreams.. the sun comes up and goes down depending on the time.. they added some new ones since i selected that though.. the solar system one looks awesome.
