Humans:
Double barrel shotgun - stage 3 - cost : 600-800 credits <-- still thinking
Exactly as its name discribes - a double barrel shotgun that could be controlled with the left and right click of the mouse : example... left click fires left barrel and right click fires right. it would also have the same strength as a normal shotgun per shot. You might be thinking, OVERPOWERED!!!11ONEHUNDREDELEVEN!1, But in reality you take 2 shots than the shotgun takes about 5 to 10 seconds to reload.. that would balance it.

Rocket launcher - stage 3 - cost : 900 credits
You get 3-7 rockets <-- still thinking, each has a little more strength than a grenade. You fire 1 rocket than it takes 6 seconds to reload the next rocket.
P.S : this might be a little overpowered depending what aliens i can think up of that could balance it out.

Flash grenades - stage 1 - cost : 50 credits
Name says it all... anyone/thing that looks at them gets their screen blinded in white for about 5-10 seconds. They do no damage and have a 3 second timer.

Silencers - stage 2 - cost : 180 credits
Silences _some_ weapons to about 50-70% less noise.

Battlesuit silencer - stage 3 - cost : 200 credits
Silences the steps of a battlesuit. <--- usefull for making aliens think your either light armored or no armor.

Aliens:
Still thinking of balanced options for more aliens. Also im geting ready to model some of these if anyone likes the ideas of them, Thanks.
1st: the double barrel shot gun would be ok as s3 i guess
2nd: rocket launcher would be really powerful so instead make its ammo be granades (i no rpg kinda like the shot gun in tremx but i mean its not really an rpg thats just what you use as amo) and it would have a huge fallout so that it would maby kill near buy humans but make it so it takes some time to shoot to and not have a HUGE effect on structures
counters:
really fast alien with high attack but really low health (25) and re- attack time 3 secs 6 evos
or a E.M.P. alien like a advanced maurauder that could take out electrical divices (not rc or reapeater or arm or med or dc) but allso weopons (10 secs unuseable) same 3 evos or ultra maurauder 4 evos
maurauders and lisks arnt effected by flash granade
(these make more diverse in s3)
a armor alien that is slow and average attack but really good defence
barriars absorbe damage as well as protect from straight on and hurt humans who touch it, maby ths would be somthing like a thorn barriar or somthing and each would absorbe 40 damage
EDITED ps the rocket launcher would lock on to a target and follow them even if they try to run but you can out jump it if your a goon or a maurauder.

a light saber or some kind of energy sword.
aliens would counter this by blocking it when doing any type of attack but would have to catch the human off gaurd same with humans
beable to catch aliens and put them in a petting zoo or a cage and the only way 4 them to get out is to do /kill in console (dragoons & tyrants are the only ones effected) it would counter rush cause you would shoot at them when they come at you.
an exploding alien that would attach its self to a human or a human structure and explode or if it dies (humans can repell it with a md, telesla, or a luci) or it would send a bunch of mini ones that would attach them selves to humans or structurs (3-20 sent out at a time still thinking) and a 20 sec realode time
have some kind of shield that would go around a human that would make trappers/ acid tubes / or hives ineffective against it but it only has a certin amount of protection and cant be used with a battle suit it would also protect against dretch and granger attacks but eventuly you would need to go back to base and "reload" the energy
teleslas have higher power and longer range or just higher power and less suseptable to snipes
acid tubes can mess up or jam guns
