Do you mean how to have a signature or how to make a great one?

If it's the first its in your user control panel.

I have a hunch it's the second one, not exactly sure what you mean. There are some sig creators online, or use photoshop or whatever to make a cool one.

Learn Photoshop basics, or look for a tutorial online.

war, the best signatures are larger than 700 pixles across and 1450 pixles high. In MS paint just make a new image with those attributes and then airbrush all over it. Everyone will love it.

Or do what i do just play around in it and you may come up with something spectacular.
If you want a simple yet sweet sig just get a fractal (Google images or download Chaoscope) and just re size it and put your name on it .
Fractal done with Chaoscope (This sig needs some anti aliasing etc but you get the idea)
