Z_malloc crashing with Station15

I've been working on Station15 for the past few weeks and have re-designed several areas. I recompile my map and try and run it, and with Tremulous I get this:

- Server Shutdown (Server fatal crashed: Z_Malloc: failed on allocation of 16777240 bytes  ...

Every time now, no matter how often I recompile. I searched the forum and tried the two options I've seen, I've made sure none of my models are in brushes, I've made light samples smaller, everything I can think of, and it still does this, but ONLY on station15.

I compiled once with -patchmeta and it worked, but it made the patches look like shit. I don't have nearly as many patches or brushes in my map as in, say, Arachnid2 or Nexus6.

What is causing this?

Memory iirc. GFX memory probably. Usually caused by excessivily large (amounts) of textures or something. What's your gfx-card and memory and what are the com_hunkmegs, soundmegs, zonemegs values in trem?
I'm busy. I'll ignore you later.

supertanker and I have already gone through these steps on IRC, increasing the values to does not seem to help. I do not know if supertanker tried increasing them to ridiculous amounts.
