Making a server using cmd.exe

I got everything to make a server but when i do it says that the server name is Tremulous 1.1.0 and it will take me forever to find it. how do you change you name for your server using cmd.exe

so once i type tremulous.exe +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg then i type sv_...

and were do i type sv_hostname...

and do i have to use tremeded.exe +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg why not tremulous.exe +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg
my tremded is not working because when i open tremded it frezes and all there is is white

Yes, you should be able to do that. Well, I did. Oh, dont forget to replace the tremded qvm with another qvm.
