I reckon that Tremulous 1.2 will be coming soon... Here are my reasons:

    None of the Devs have been seen for a very long time, so I assume that they are hard at work.
    Survivor might be an agent of the Devs and may be trying to find possible new maps for 1.2 with the mapping comps (even though I stared it).
    I got dat feelin' in mah bonez.
    It has been a long time coming, and I think its almost here!

I reckon that you are right... i also reckon that more posts like this will no doubt happen before that time.
I also reckon i'll lock this and ask people to stop making 1.2 posts.. especially if they don't have any real information or conversational value..
