I am however becoming unsure whether you're asking these questions seriously. It is hard to believe that someone with sufficient hand-eye coordination to operate a keyboard requires this much spoon-feeding.

it has not been released yet. you can find the devs in #GEZ on freenode (or quakenet?).
Ender and Champion are also working on a trem fork that has bots, based on this patch. as far as i know they haven't released binaries but here is the project page: http://osp.ir/projects/stfu-tremulous/
