[SOLVED] hunk data failed to allocate 1024 megs

i have updated my internet security and it came up wiht that when i tried to open tremulous:

21274 files in pk3 files
execing default.cfg
execing autogen.cfg
execing autoexec.cfg
Hunk data failed to allocate 1024 megs

what does that mean and can someone help me i have tried everything!

It means Tremulous has trouble allocating enough memory.
Try +set com_hunkmegs 256 +set com_zonemegs 32 on the command-line. If you have little, or a lot of ram, you can toy a bit with the values. The values are in MB.
