Custom commands won't Stick!

Ok I have made some custom commands for the [OPP] Server. They will work for a while, through a couple map rotations. I will come on later and they aren't there anymore.  In admin.dat it moves them from where I had them.

We are running Lakitus 5.1 qvm, was wondering if anyone has experience with this.
