It's like a battlefield game with the drawing style of Team fortress and XIII. It looks kinda fun and is free to download once it gets released. Anyone going to play this game as well?

I'll try it out ;) But as more and more WW2 games come out the more I hate WW2 themed games...  ::)

i might try it, same with quake live.

alot of people complain about ads in games, its a shame yes, but when piracy is so rampant its also not a surprise.

Looks fun, however, I must agree that I'm pretty darn sick of The Last Good War.

WW2 games are getting old.
Especially the ports of the same levels, or the levels of the same places.

Lol redundant.

I am glad its a WWII game with a different take, though. Looks kinda like a third-person shooter cross between Team Fortress 2 and Wolfenstein: ET

Meh.

Probably can't run it anyways.

Looks interesting, though.

I just can't seem to applaud certain people quickly enough.

P.S. I'm cheap, so I only ever played TF 1.2, until years later, when I finally bought the Gold Package HL release (has like four games in it). I loved TF 1.2, but I couldn't stand going into some server with four snipers and an otherwise-empty arena where people join, get multi-sniped, respawn maybe once, see what's up, and quit. Boring as hell. After a while, that game really sucked. From what I've seen on youtube, the same thing applies to ET, with the added disclaimer that a quick search for aimcode shows a whole lot of returns (i.e. - that game appears to the casual observer to be full of nothing but wallhacking, aimbotting, tower-hiding, noclip, headshot-taking-at-extreme-range-through-the-walls-of-an-otherwise-"solid"-object for multikill and rampage/spree bonuses fscking snipey-snipe cheaters). This one looks cool enough to try, if this poor pitiful MacBook can run it. But I feel the same sorts of players are often attracted to those games (among the otherwise general population of good players, there is a genuine core of cheat-addicted dickheads and too many twelve-year-olds fascinated with long-range rifle accuracy). :P

ET servers are only worthwhile to play on if you download punkbuster.
Otherwise, EVERY SINGLE SERVER is either empty or has cheaters on it.
