elevator help

I added a elevator to my map with a switch at the top and at the bottom to call it. But im having trouble, the elevator will go up to second floor when called but if anyone, alien or human, gets on it, the elevator wont go down. Can someone help me please.

How is the elevator implemented? Is it a func_train?

why would it be a func_train? its a func_platform

Hmm. I had a similar problem with the elevator on groundsource. I needed an intermediate trigger to make multiple buttons work without stalling the elevator. The .map is in the pk3: http://www.haosredro.com/trem/map-groundsource/map-groundsource-v11.pk3
