Personally, I'm still settling into my new job. It's very difficult to get a passion for mapping and a neccesity for Real Life⢠to mesh most of the time. But I'm gradually witnessing an increase in free time, so I should be back to mapping soon.
And I'm definately looking forward to it. Anyone that's read the
PLAN knows that Timbo's right when he says we're busy. We've got a handful of
very useful entities, and I personally can't wait until I get to deal with the true power of the misc_spriter entity. I think it might take a while for the general public to realize the many uses of the spriter entity. From timing, to angle, to sprite selection, this goes far beyond particles you'll see on any professional retail game. And we've got it right here, for free, in Tremulous.
