[Idea]Unlimited Domination

This mod bring some changes to the Domination mod:

- Both teams start with preset amount of BP and stage 1

- Conquering the "key points" still. However, now each of them produce BP at a non-stop constant rate. Suggested rate is 1 BP/ 3 seconds

- BP is recovered when decon, but if the building is destroyed, the BP is LOST. Even if you decon before it explode!

- {OPTIONAL} or if you decon before the building explode, you recover half of the BP used to build this.

- {OPTIONAL} To increase the agressiveness, the "key points" can produce credits and evos at a rate. Suggested rate is 1 credit/ 1 second and 1 evo/ 3 minutes. In this case there's NO BONUS for staying alive for more than 2 minutes.

Unlimited Domination: alot of BP, but how much time can you survive for that?

Well. For "scavenger" role(builder to decon buildings before it explode) there are 2 options:

- decon and save the BP - Can make the game last too much without a coordinated attack

- decon and don't save the BP - Better...

You'd need a permanent builder about one second's reach from every threatened turret and the build timer would ruin it anyway.

You could make living buildings decon for full bp and dead structures decon for half, destroyed structures for no bp returned. Rewards attentive builders, without punishing too much the people who attack them.

Nice brainstorming!

Techhead's middle term idea can be a nice addition to the mod. I will mark this issue as OPTIONAL
