Crosshair problem

I dont know what make this, but i have a cross hair in some server as alien (dretch) and i personally hate it because i'm better without it, i dont need that to aim...

It's in a hud file that you downloaded. Check your base folder for it, some servers might force you to download it or not let you connect without it.
