Instant build/Speed build?

I am a type who likes to make a server, and then build a lot inside it, so does anyone have the script used in X(server) that is like Speed building or instant building?

Well when on devmap is there a command to use to make it fast?

That QVM has insta-build on devmap I think, otherwise Paradox wouldn't have mentioned it.
use the build command to build fast, script/bind it.

Any qvm built from an svn after layout was committed has instabuild in devmap mode. That's... basically any of them, save for 1.1 stock (which barely even counts anymore) and tjw's (because it's not still maintained).
