Binding help really need help

i need a bind that will open up a console and type /connect knightsofreason.org

I happened to find a thread where someone asked this exact question.  His question was answered, however he claimed it wasn't and then provided no further information so anyone could help.  Maybe if you try asking there it could be useful.  Here's a link to the thread.
